Yunfang Tea Plantation is located in Luno Township, Taitung, and was founded by Mr. Ruzhang Chen. The current operator is the second-generation heir to the throne, Mr. Xi-Qing Chen, who grew up in a tea plantation since he was a child, and therefore took over the family business after he was discharged from the military in 1997, to carry on the tea plantation inherited from his father, and he felt that Taitung is a town of good rice, and that the mountains, the water, and the unpolluted environment are also very suitable for tea, and thus he decided to treat the land of the plantation in the way that is natural to him. Therefore, he decided to treat the tea plantation land in a natural way, and good management of the tea plantation became his first step.
Yunfang Tea Plantation not only uses organic fertilizers to fertilize the garden, but also takes the initiative to manually weed the tea plantation, because going back to the nature, we can get the excellent soil that is more suitable for the growth of tea.
Not only do we cultivate the prerequisite environment for excellent tea growing, but we also demand precision in the tea making process. Not only do we use hand-picked tea to preserve the original aroma of the tea, but also Mr. Chen Xi-Qing, who has failed many times in the past in tea making, has tried to fail again and again, so that we can accurately master the time and duration of the sun-drying, wilting, kneading, and baking of the tea, as well as to complement with the environment, temperature, climate, and humidity, so that we can present the perfect tea to all tea lovers. The most perfect tea leaves are offered to every tea lover, so that the tea is not only sweet, but also fragrant!

The efforts of Yunfang Tea Plantation have changed people's view of good tea because Taitung's excellent geographic and climatic conditions can also produce top quality teas that people can appreciate!
In the past, because of the high and cold environment of Taiwan's mountain ranges suitable for tea cultivation, high altitude has become a prerequisite for producing good tea, which has made people in Taiwan always consider the tea produced in the central mountain ranges as their first choice. However, Taitung, which is originally rich in good mountains and good water and produces countless champions, is also blessed with a suitable high altitude, as well as a large temperature difference between day and night and high relative humidity, which makes Taitung an excellent environment for cultivating good teas. In recent years, the Yunfang Tea Plantation has mastered such favorable conditions and grown first-class tea with a good reputation!
Not only that, but after the second generation son, Mr. Chen Xi-ching, took over the position of Yun-Fang Tea Plantation in R.O.C. 74, he has continued to move forward in the direction of quality management of the tea plantation, not only strictly following every step of tea production, but also treating the land in an organic way, which has allowed Yun-Fang Tea Plantation to win more than 30 prizes for its 21 years of tea planting, and was even honored with the championship of "The Second National High-Quality Tea Contest" in 2005, which is an outstanding achievement! Yoon Fong has achieved the world-class tea that is not easy to come by, and hopes to grow more excellent tea varieties in the future, so that the ultimate aroma of Taiwan's tea can be smelled all over the world!
