Yoon Fong's cold brewing technology uses a low temperature of 0~5 degrees Celsius and a clean, dust-free environment to slowly steep for three days, resulting in a sweet taste and retaining more nutrients for the ultimate tea tasting experience!

Developed by the King of Tea, Chen Xi-Qing, the tea is hand-picked at an altitude of 2200 feet in Luno, Taitung, and brewed in a clean room using the mineral-rich, unpolluted water from the area to create a superb cold brew tea with a sweet flavor that lingers in the throat.
Selected imported opaque glass bottles with special compression caps to lock in the aroma of the tea, and filled with nitrogen in a clean room, so that the tea can be refrigerated and kept fresh for up to 6 months in the unopened condition, so that you can enjoy the tea experience of the King of Tea now brewed in the mouth with sweetness and lingering aftertaste.
