Red Oolong tea originates from the Taitung region, where the unique climate and soil conditions give the tea its distinctive aroma and flavor.

Red Oolong is made using traditional handcrafted techniques, where each tea leaf is carefully selected and processed through multiple steps to ensure high quality. Brewing Method Flow

❶ Preparation of tea sets

Choose a suitable teapot and teacup, preferably made of porcelain or ceramic, to better preserve the aroma of the tea.

❷ Heated water

Use pure water and heat to approximately 95°C. This is the optimal brewing temperature to maximize the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves.

❸ Amount of tea thrown

Place 3 grams of tea leaves per 100 ml of water, or increase the amount if you prefer a stronger taste.

❹ Brewing time

The first brew lasts about 30 seconds, and each subsequent brew can be slightly longer. Red oolong tea can usually be brewed several times, each time releasing a different level of aroma.
